WHERE DO YOU NEED US?

AIRPORT

It is crucial that you give exact information regarding your flight time and flight number when booking your airport transfer. If possible, a mobile phone number. Be extra careful if you are changing flights during your trip. If arriving to Ljubljana we need the number of the flight landing in Ljubljana.

The chauffeur will always be waiting inside the arrival hall just after you clear customs. He / she will be holding up a welcome sign with our default logo (check above). If you prefer your name or a different logo on the welcome sign please let us know.

HOTEL

If you booked a transfer or charter service from a hotel be sure to provide the correct hotel information and your room number. Contact numbers, preferably mobile phone, are appreciated. We only use them in cases of emergency.

The chauffeur will look for you at the front desk. Be there or make sure the front desk knows about your whereabouts. Like everywhere else in the world guests at hotels are exposed to taxis at the hotel entrance. Most are legitimate but some are not. If you take any other transfer service we cannot guarantee your rate, possible payment or method of payment.

When in doubt check with the front desk or call +386 40 88 77 66. The operator will be available with the details you might need.

OTHER

If you booked a transfer or charter from a business or private address be extra careful with the pick-up point details. Some towns or streets could have similar names. Before sending our chauffeur for the pickup we double check the location.

Do not forget to provide a mobile phone number or any other contact where you can be reached by your chauffeur once he / she is on location or if they have trouble locating you.

At a business address the driver will be waiting in front of the main entrance. If access won`t be possible he / she will wait at the main gate. If that won`t be possible the chauffeur will contact you. At a home address the vehicle will be waiting at the closest point to the main entrance or at the gate. If possible in the driveway.
